ALTERNATIVES TO THE CENSUS
Si no hay padrón, se puede presentar uno de los siguientes documentos en el Centro de Salud de Atención Primaria correspondiente o en los Servicios Sociales Municipales:
- The application for registration in a CAE town council and the refusal of the latter. The refusal must have been issued no more than three months before the date of application for insurance.
- A certificate of the record of visits issued by a basic social service of a municipality in the CAE showing more than one visit in the three months prior to the date of the application for insurance.
- A certificate of enrolment in a public or subsidised education centre in the Basque Autonomous Community dated three months prior to the date of the application for insurance.
- A certificate of schooling of the children in a public or subsidised educational centre in the CAE with a date no more than three months prior to the date of the application for insurance. In this case, proof of parentage must be provided.
- A record of medical assistance in Osakidetza where more than one medical assistance with a maximum date of three months prior to the date of the application for insurance. more than one medical care with a maximum date three months prior to the date of the application for insurance.
- A document certifying receipt of social assistance from an institution/entity of the CAE, stating that the assistance was received within three months prior to the date of the application for insurance.
